Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stelt het centrale Master Production Schedule (MPS) op middellange en lange termijn op voor meerdere productielijnen en vestigingen.
  • Je brengt de verwachte verkoopvraag, beschikbare lijncapaciteiten, grondstofbeschikbaarheid en verpakkingsvoorraden optimaal met elkaar in balans.
  • Je fungeert als spilfiguur in het S&OP-proces en stemt af met Sales, Productie, Aankoop en Logistiek om capaciteitsknelpunten tijdig op te vangen.
  • Je analyseert planningsparameters, monitort de KPI's rond leverbetrouwbaarheid en voorraadniveaus en voert gerichte procesverbeteringen door.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma (Supply Chain, Economie of Ingenieurswetenschappen) of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt grondige vakkennis van MPS, MRP en S&OP-processen binnen een complexe en snelle productieomgeving (voedingssector is een plus).
  • Je bent analytisch scherp ingesteld, werkt uitermate gestructureerd en hebt een uitstekende beheersing van geavanceerde ERP-systemen en MS Excel.
  • Je communiceert daadkrachtig en professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels om verschillende afdelingen vlot op één lijn te krijgen.
