In deze veelzijdige rol schakel je razendsnel tussen technische voorbereiding en de praktische uitvoering op de werf.

  • In deze rol als hoofdprojectleider neem jij de volledige regie over diverse renovatieprojecten, waarbij je van de eerste steenlegging tot de finale oplevering de touwtjes strak in handen houdt.
  • Je stuurt de eigen montageteams en externe onderaannemers aan op de werf, waarbij je er nauwgezet op toeziet dat de planning en de strenge veiligheidsnormen te allen tijde gerespecteerd worden.
  • Jouw oog voor detail zorgt voor een onberispelijke kwaliteitscontrole, zodat het eindresultaat exact matcht met de technische tekeningen en de verwachtingen van de klant.
  • Financieel inzicht is cruciaal, aangezien je de projectbudgetten bewaakt en tijdig bijstuurt waar nodig om de vooropgestelde marges te waarborgen.
  • Communicatie is jouw sterkste troef; je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel de bouwheer als de interne afdelingen, waardoor iedereen op elk moment perfect op de hoogte is van de voortgang.

We zoeken een nuchtere professional die technische expertise combineert met een gezonde dosis boerenverstand en organisatietalent.

  • Een stevige basis in een bouwkundige richting vormt het fundament om als hoofdprojectleider technische uitdagingen moeiteloos te tackelen.
  • Ervaring binnen renovatie of utiliteitsbouw stelt je in staat om snel te anticiperen op onvoorziene situaties die typisch zijn voor deze niche.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke organisator die rust bewaart wanneer de druk toeneemt en die altijd denkt in praktische oplossingen.
