Je komt terecht bij een innovatieve bouwonderneming die gespecialiseerd is in renovatie, restauratie en energetische projecten. Hier staan vakmanschap, samenwerking en persoonlijke groei centraal. Je krijgt de vrijheid om initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan duurzame oplossingen.

Als Hoofdprojectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van complexe bouwprojecten. Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterk leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat elk project veilig, kwalitatief en rendabel wordt gerealiseerd.

-Je leidt renovatie- en restauratieprojecten van de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de oplevering. -Je stelt de planning op en coördineert materialen, personeel en externe partners. -Je begeleidt en coacht projectleiders, ploegbazen en arbeiders en ondersteunt hun verdere ontwikkeling. -Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid, timing en budget tijdens elke fase van het project. -Je volgt onderaannemers en leveranciers nauwgezet op en onderhoudt een vlotte samenwerking. -Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertegenwoordigt de organisatie tijdens werfvergaderingen. -Je beheert de volledige projectadministratie, waaronder rapporteringen, vorderingsstaten en technische documentatie. -Je draagt de financiële verantwoordelijkheid over je projecten en volgt budgetten, rendementen en prijsafspraken op. -Je werkt actief mee aan procesverbeteringen en introduceert innovatieve renovatietechnieken. -Je stemt de planning af met de verschillende projecten binnen jouw business unit.

Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting.

Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouw-, renovatie- of restauratiesector.

Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van meerdere complexe bouwprojecten tegelijk.

Je bent een sterke organisator en behoudt steeds het overzicht.

Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en externe partners.

Je bent een coachende leidinggevende die mensen weet te motiveren.

Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning.

Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en zoekt voortdurend naar verbeteringen.

Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar samenwerking, innovatie en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.
