Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar Hoofdtechnieker - 2 Ploegen.

Ben jij een ervaren storingstechnieker die graag zelf aan de machines werkt, maar ook collega's wil ondersteunen en aansturen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. In deze rol besteed je ongeveer 80% van je tijd aan technische storingen en onderhoud, aangevuld met een coördinerende rol op de werkvloer.

Jobomschrijving

  • Oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen.
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan productie- en verpakkingsmachines.
  • Machines afstellen, ombouwen en optimaliseren.
  • Collega-techniekers ondersteunen, coachen en prioriteiten helpen bepalen.
  • Technische interventies registreren in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en het verhogen van de machinebeschikbaarheid.
  • Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en een vlotte ploegoverdracht.
  • 5 jaar ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of elektromechanieker binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica.
  • Ervaring met verpakkingsmachines is een plus.
  • Je neemt spontaan verantwoordelijkheid en helpt collega's vooruit.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met natuurlijke leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
