Onze klant is actief in industriële oppervlaktebehandeling en industriële schilderwerken. Zij voeren hun opdrachten uit zowel in de eigen ateliers in Lokeren en Temse als op locatie bij klanten (industriële werven). Het bedrijf richt zich voornamelijk op klanten binnen de industrie, petrochemie en bouwsector. Dankzij hun gespecialiseerde expertise bieden zij een breed scala aan diensten aan, waaronder:

  • Industriële oppervlaktebehandeling: stralen, metalliseren en coaten van staal ter bescherming tegen corrosie
  • Beschermende coatings: onder meer brandvertragende en slijtagebestendige coatings
  • Industriële schilderwerken

Momenteel telt het bedrijf een 35-tal eigen medewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Als Hoofdtechnieker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor complexere technische problemen aan materieel en installaties. Je combineert elektrisch en mechanisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak en werkt zowel in Lokeren als op industriële werven.

  • Herstellen en onderhouden van materieel dat terugkomt van industriële werven.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan onder meer rolbruggen, spuit- en straalcabines, spuitpompen en atelierinstallaties.
  • Opsporen van elektrische en mechanische defecten en vervangen van onderdelen waar nodig.
  • Reviseren van pompen, controleren van filters en vervangen van slijtageonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische interventies in Lokeren en op industriële werven.
  • Bepalen van de meest efficiënte aanpak in overleg met collega-techniekers.
  • Delen van technische kennis en ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega’s.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en oplossingen binnen de ateliers.

Je hebt een technische achtergrond en kunt zowel elektrische als mechanische problemen logisch analyseren. Een diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar praktijkervaring en technisch inzicht zijn minstens even belangrijk.

  • Technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kunt elektrische en mechanische storingen analyseren en gericht naar de oorzaak zoeken.
  • Ervaring in industriële techniek, onderhoud of oppervlaktebehandeling is een pluspunt.
  • Zowel kandidaten met ervaring als gemotiveerde profielen met enkele jaren ervaring komen in aanmerking.
  • Een BA4- en VCA-attest zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent rustig, nauwkeurig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en gemotiveerd om nieuwe installaties en technieken aan te leren.
