Wat houdt de job in?

  • De volledige organisatie en dagelijkse werking van de werkplaats valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid
  • Aansturing en begeleiding van een team techniekers vormt een centraal onderdeel van de rol van Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke
  • Planning, deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen blijven onder controle door een nauwgezette opvolging
  • Administratieve taken zoals bestellingen, stockbeheer, planning en rapportering worden correct en gestructureerd opgevolgd
  • Ondersteuning op de werkvloer zorgt ervoor dat het team kan blijven presteren, ook tijdens piekmomenten
  • Een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen mechanica of voertuigtechniek is noodzakelijk
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring met vrachtwagens en trailers ondersteunt een vlotte aansturing van de werkplaats
  • Vlotte omgang met plannings- en administratieve tools is vereist voor een efficiënte opvolging
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands aangevuld met basiskennis Frans en Engels is belangrijk voor interne samenwerking
