Op de moderne, vlot bereikbare site in de regio Gent worden matrassen en boxsprings geproduceerd voor zowel de binnenlandse als internationale markt. Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, teamwork en menselijkheid centraal staan. De sfeer is open en collegiaal, met ruimte voor initiatief en ontwikkeling.

Voor deze vestiging zoeken we een Hoofdtechnieker die techniek ademt en graag het verschil maakt op de werkvloer. In deze rol leid je het onderhoudsteam, voer je zelf herstellingen uit en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen aan het machinepark. Jij vormt de spil van de technische dienst en weet jouw team te motiveren om elke dag samen een stap vooruit te zetten.

Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid draagt, technisch sterk staat én houdt van een hands-on aanpak binnen een stabiele en mensgerichte organisatie? Dan ligt hier een mooie kans op je te wachten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je leidt dagelijks een team van vier techniekers, waarbij je hen aanstuurt, coacht en begeleidt
  • Correct opvolgen van de productieplanning en je coördineert nauwgezet de uitvoering
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en analyseren van de technische specificaties van het machinepark
  • Zorgen voor de opvolging en uitvoering van technische storingen en herstellingen
  • Voorzien van het juiste materiaal en de correcte methodieken, zodat alles efficiënt en volgens de normen verloopt.
  • In het bezit van een technisch diploma in de richting mechanica / elektromechanica (TSO/Bachelor)
  • Zo niet, heb je minstens al 5 jaar ervaring als technicus
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een goed technisch inzicht, samen met kennis van textielmaterialen, productiemethoden en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheid & communicatie
