VoetbalRotterdam BZC/Zuiderpark zet koers naar de toekomst en zoekt ambitieuze hoofdtrainer 26 juni 2026 · Michel Feenstra · Vacatures (Voetbal) BZC/Zuiderpark sv BZC/Zuiderpark uit Rotterdam-Zuid is voor het seizoen 2026-2027 op zoek naar een ambitieuze hoofdtrainer die samen met de vereniging wil bouwen aan een nieuwe toekomst. Daarnaast is de club op zoek naar een verzorger voor de selectie. Recent heeft huidige trainer Gilbert de Wildt het bestuur laten weten dat hij komend seizoen niet langer als hoofdtrainer actief zal zijn. Het bestuur bedankt Gilbert voor zijn inzet en betrokkenheid gedurende het afgelopen halfjaar. Hij stapte op een lastig moment in bij de selectie en heeft zich met volle overtuiging ingezet voor de club. Ondanks alle inspanningen kon degradatie naar de vijfde klasse niet worden voorkomen. Na afloop van het seizoen heeft de volledige selectie besloten de vereniging te verlaten. Inmiddels is echter een nieuwe, jonge en enthousiaste spelersgroep samengesteld. Daarmee staat sv BZC/Zuiderpark aan het begin van een frisse start, waarbij ontwikkeling, plezier, saamhorigheid en toekomstgericht bouwen centraal staan. De vereniging heeft veel vertrouwen in deze nieuwe fase en zoekt een trainer die deze uitdaging met beide handen wil aangrijpen. Functie-eisen · In het bezit van minimaal UEFA B (of gelijkwaardig trainersdiploma); · In staat spelers op technisch, tactisch en mentaal vlak verder te ontwikkelen; · Beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; · Sterk in teammanagement en het creëren van verbinding; · Heeft passie voor het voetbal en een motiverende instelling.
