Jij zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van planning tot uitvoering en bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget. Samen met jouw team lever je werk waar we trots op zijn. Dit ga je doen: - Leidinggeven aan werktuigbouwkundige projecten op Schiphol. - Aansturen en coachen van uitvoerders en zorgen voor een veilige, efficiënte samenwerking. - Voorcalculaties maken en budgetten bewaken. - Eerste aanspreekpunt bij escalaties en het oplossen van knelpunten. - Plannen van ploegen en coördineren van werkzaamheden in overleg met opdrachtgevers. - Afstemmen met engineers over ontwerp en uitvoering. - Optimaliseren van processen en verbeteren van efficiëntie. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang, planning en kosten.
