Als Hoofduitvoerder bij Slokker Groep ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles wat er op de bouwplaats gebeurt van meerdere projectlocaties. Je bent de stuurder van de bouwwerken, houdt overzicht en geeft leiding aan iedereen die de bouwplaats betreedt. Je start je werkdag samen met je collega's, waarbij je nieuwe mensen inschrijft op de bouwplaats met een bouwpas. Je zet alle medewerkers aan het werk en checkt ondertussen aan- en afwezigheid. Meerdere keren per dag loop je een rondje over de bouwplaats om te kijken wat er allemaal gebeurt en wat nog extra aandacht nodig heeft. Waar nodig werk je de planning bij om up-to-date te blijven van de ontwikkelingen op de bouwplaats. Naast je werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats, neem je regelmatig deel aan vergaderingen.
