Als hoofduitvoerder ben jij de spil in de uitvoering van binnenstedelijke woningbouwprojecten. Je stuurt renovatie- en transformatieprojecten aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je werkt nauw samen met bewoners, gemeenten, architecten en onderaannemers om projecten succesvol op te leveren in een complexe stedelijke omgeving. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen en zorgt ervoor dat het project volgens planning en binnen budget wordt gerealiseerd. Jouw taken zijn: - Aansturen van meerdere renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten in binnenstedelijk gebied; - Coördineren van onderaannemers, leveranciers en interne disciplines; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Afstemmen met bewoners en zorgen voor minimale overlast tijdens werkzaamheden; - Overleggen met gemeenten, welstandscommissies en andere stakeholders; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en onvoorziene situaties op de bouwplaats; - Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten aan de projectleiding.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Bij goed functioneren kun je doorgroeien naar projectleider of manager bouw, waarbij je meer strategische verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over de gehele bouwportefeuille. De organisatie investeert in je ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen en cursussen op het gebied van duurzaam bouwen, projectmanagement en vastgoedtransformatie.
