Als hoofduitvoerder ben jij de spil in de realisatie van complexe woningbouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering vanaf het moment dat de fundering wordt gestort tot de oplevering aan de trotse bewoners. Je stuurt meerdere uitvoerders en voorlieden aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle disciplines soepel op elkaar aansluiten. Jouw ervaring en overzicht maken het verschil tussen een project dat loopt en een project dat excelleert. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de bouwplaats en houdt de vinger aan de pols. Je anticipeert op knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden en schakelt snel tussen operationele uitvoering en strategische planning. Contact met onderaannemers, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers verloopt via jou. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Jouw takenpakket omvat: - Aansturen van het volledige bouwteam inclusief uitvoerders, voorlieden en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van planning, begroting en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Coördineren van alle bouwdisciplines en zorgen voor optimale samenwerking; - Voeren van overleg met opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Signaleren van risico's en implementeren van oplossingen; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitseisen; - Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten aan de projectleiding.

Deze functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Bij bewezen resultaat kun je doorstromen naar de rol van projectleider waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor meerdere projecten tegelijk. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren in innovatieve bouwmethoden zoals industrieel bouwen of je te ontwikkelen richting een rol als vestigingsmanager.
