Denk aan projecten met een omvang van € 10 tot € 100 miljoen. Jij bent de manager van de bouwplaats. Onder jouw verantwoordelijkheden valt de dagelijkse aansturing van het personeel en onder- en nevenaannemers. Maar je bewaakt ook de naleving van diverse projectplannen. Eveneens als het afroepen van materiaal en input leveren voor prognose-besprekingen. Kortom, jij bent de rechterhand van de projectleiders en zorgt ervoor dat het werk gerealiseerd wordt binnen gestelde eisen aan tijd, kosten, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
