Als Hoofduitvoerder Nieuwbouw Bedrijfsruimtes ben jij de spil in het bouwproces en draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering van complexe nieuwbouwprojecten. Je stuurt het gehele bouwproces aan, van voorbereiding tot oplevering, en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden gerealiseerd. Je werkt nauw samen met het ontwerpteam, het eigen architectenbureau, onderaannemers en de opdrachtgever om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Jouw ervaring en leiderschapskwaliteiten maken het verschil in het succesvol realiseren van uitdagende bouwprojecten. In deze rol krijg je de kans om jouw stempel te drukken op prestigieuze nieuwbouwprojecten en om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van de Nederlandse bouwsector. Je werkt aan innovatieve, duurzame bedrijfsruimten waarbij je jouw kennis en ervaring volledig kunt benutten. Daarnaast krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld richting een rol als Projectmanager of Directievoerder, waarbij je nog meer strategische verantwoordelijkheid krijgt binnen de organisatie. Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het aansturen en coördineren van het volledige bouwproces van nieuwbouwprojecten voor bedrijfsruimten; - Het leiden en motiveren van het uitvoeringsteam, bestaande uit uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerend personeel; - Het bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Het onderhouden van intensief contact met opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Het selecteren, aansturen en evalueren van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het signaleren van risico's en het proactief implementeren van oplossingen; - Het verzorgen van rapportages en voortgangsbesprekingen met stakeholders; - Het waarborgen van naleving van wet- en regelgeving, waaronder arbeidsveiligheid en milieunormen.
