Als hoofduitvoerder utiliteitsbouw ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt op uitdagende utiliteitsprojecten, variërend van ziekenhuizen tot universiteiten en monumentale gebouwen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele samenwerking tussen verschillende bouwkundige en technische disciplines. Je signaleert knelpunten en lost deze direct op, houdt toezicht op de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid, en onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, gebruikers en partners. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, engineers en onderaannemers en draagt actief bij aan procesverbeteringen en een efficiënte uitvoering van projecten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding in bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting. - Aantoonbare ervaring als uitvoerder in de utiliteitsbouw, bij voorkeur in complexe of operationele omgevingen. - Ervaring met het aansturen van teams en onderaannemers. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om duidelijk en positief leiding te geven. - Focus op veilig werken en het bewaken van kwaliteit en planning. - Vermogen om overzicht te houden en beslissingen te nemen, ook onder druk. - Praktische instelling en bouwkundige kennis.
