Als Hoofduitvoerder Woningbouw Renovatie ben jij de spil van uitdagende renovatie-, transformatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten in de Randstad. Je hebt de dagelijkse leiding op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en budget op orde zijn. Een bijzondere uitdaging? Werken in een bewoonde omgeving. Dat vraagt niet alleen om bouwkundige kennis en organisatietalent, maar ook om goede communicatie met bewoners, woningcorporaties en onderaannemers. Je eerste project staat in Zoetermeer: een grootschalig transformatieproject waarin jouw ervaring en leiderschap direct zichtbaar zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de uitvoering. - Je bewaakt en stuurt bij op planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders. - Je stuurt onderaannemers en bouwplaatsmedewerkers aan. - Je zorgt voor een goede communicatie en afstemming met bewoners en woningcorporaties. - Je stelt LEAN-planningen op en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je signaleert knelpunten en zorgt dat deze tijdig worden opgelost. - Je deelt jouw kennis en ervaring met collega-uitvoerders en draagt bij aan een professionele uitvoering. Functie-eisen Je bent een ervaren uitvoerder die overzicht houdt, duidelijk communiceert en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je weet wat er op een bouwplaats nodig is om een project succesvol te laten verlopen.
