Voor ons WZC zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde hoofdverpleegkundige met leidinggevende skills.

Je streeft naar een kwaliteitsvolle belevingsgerichte totaalzorg zodat de bewoner zich thuis kan voelen in ons WZC. Je draagt ouderen een warm hart toe en bent bereid mee te bouwen aan een warme zorgcultuur waarin de bewoner centraal staat.

Als hoofdverpleegkundige ben jij de motor van onze dagelijkse zorgorganisatie. Je bent niet alleen het aanspreekpunt voor het zorgteam maar ook een coach die motiveert, begeleidt en inspireert.

Je verzekert het goed functioneren van de afdeling binnen het WZC teneinde de kwaliteit van de opvang van de bewoners en de zorgverlening te optimaliseren, alsook de organisatie, coördinatie en continuïteit binnen de zorgverlening:

⦁ Planning van het verplegend personeel

⦁ Coördinerende functie bij opname nieuwe bewoners

⦁ Organiseren en controleren verpleegkundige activiteiten op dienst

⦁ Instaan voor correcte communicatie en informatie (intern en extern)

⦁ Ondersteuning van het verplegend team

Profiel

• Je beschikt over een diploma gegradueerd of bachelor verpleegkunde.

• Een kaderopleiding, Banaba of Master in de gezondheidszorg is zeker een meerwaarde alsook relevante ervaring in de ouderenzorg.

• Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als in team.

• Je beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin, een goed observatievermogen en stiptheid.
