Wil jij leidinggeven op een plek waar professionele zorg en warm wonen hand in hand gaan? Waar medewerkers ruimte krijgen om initiatief te nemen en bewoners zich vooral thuis mogen voelen?

Campus Dommelhof is meer dan een woonzorgcentrum. We vormen een levendig zorgdorp in het Hageland, waar bewoners, families, medewerkers en vrijwilligers elkaar ontmoeten. Voor een wooncluster van 48 bewoners zoeken we een betrokken hoofdverpleegkundige die mensen verbindt, kwaliteit bewaakt en samen met het team de ouderenzorg van morgen vormgeeft.

Wat ga je doen?

Als hoofdverpleegkundige ben je het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, families en medewerkers. Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met een sterke organisatie van de dagelijkse zorg.

Je:

  • draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het welzijn en de kwaliteitsvolle zorg binnen jouw wooncluster;
  • coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt een multidisciplinair team van verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen en paramedici;
  • zorgt voor een vlotte personeelsplanning en een efficiënte dagelijkse werking;
  • creëert een open teamcultuur waarin overleg, feedback en professionele groei vanzelfsprekend zijn;
  • volgt medewerkers op via regelmatige gesprekken en duidelijke doelstellingen;
  • vertaalt nieuwe inzichten, technieken en regelgeving naar werkbare afspraken op de vloer;
  • coördineert de opname en begeleiding van nieuwe bewoners, van het eerste gesprek tot een warme integratie;
  • onderhoudt een nauwe samenwerking met bewoners, families, artsen en externe zorgpartners;
  • neemt deel aan familieoverleg en draagt bij aan een heldere, respectvolle communicatie;
  • detecteert opleidingsbehoeften en helpt vormingen en verbeterprojecten organiseren;
  • denkt actief mee over ons welzijns- en zorgbeleid, met bijzondere aandacht voor geriatrie en dementiezorg.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een toegankelijke leidinggevende die rust en vertrouwen uitstraalt. Je durft beslissingen te nemen, maar blijft altijd luisteren naar de mensen om je heen.

Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over een diploma verpleegkunde dat toegang geeft tot de functie van hoofdverpleegkundige;
  • heb je minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in de ouderenzorg;
  • heb je ervaring met leidinggeven of ben je klaar om die verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen;
  • volgde je een kaderopleiding of ben je bereid die te volgen;
  • heb je affiniteit met geriatrie en dementiezorg; aanvullende vorming is een troef;
  • communiceer je helder, empathisch en verbindend;
  • werk je georganiseerd en blijf je ook op drukke momenten oplossingsgericht;
  • geloof je in interdisciplinair samenwerken, innovatie en continu verbeteren;
  • combineer je zelfstandigheid met een sterk teamgevoel.
