Als hoofdverpleegkundige bij De Pastorij krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen een multidisciplinair team. Je fungeert als coach voor het team vanuit een warme en ondersteunende houding. Er wordt sterk ingezet op een goede opvolging van bewoners, samenwerking met familie en artsen, en het bewaken van kwaliteitsvolle zorg.

Takenpakket:

  • Ondersteunen en coachen van verpleegkundigen en zorgkundigen;
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van zorgplannen van bewoners;
  • Observeren, opvolgen en rapporteren van wijzigingen in de gezondheidstoestand;
  • Aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familie en artsen;
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken met focus op nauwkeurige registratie en dossierverwerking;

Als hoofdverpleegkundige draag je bij aan positive care, zorgplanning en de opvolging van zorgtrajecten. Je ondersteunt en begeleidt zorgkundigen en werkt samen met collega’s aan persoonsgerichte en kwalitatieve zorg, met een sterke verbinding met bewoners en hun familie.

Klinisch inzicht, communicatievaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidszin staan centraal in deze functie. Deze competenties zijn essentieel om zorg te coördineren, observaties te vertalen naar correcte acties, onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen en als aanspreekpunt te fungeren binnen het team en voor externen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 (visum vereist);
  • Ervaring is niet vereist, maar vormt een pluspunt;
  • Sterk in het opvolgen van zorgplannen en multidisciplinaire samenwerking;
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig;
  • Goed georganiseerd en gestructureerd in de dagelijkse werking;
  • Nauwkeurig in registratie en dossierverwerking;
  • Kwaliteitsgericht en gericht op continue verbetering van zorg.

Werkomgeving:

  • Werken van 8 tot 12 uur;
  • Bereidheid tot weekendwerk (gemiddeld 1 weekend op 4).
