Als hoofdverpleegkundige in WZC Frederickxhof stuur je de zorgwerking aan en zorg je voor structuur, kwaliteit en continuïteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de afdeling en coacht je team in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Je combineert leidinggeven met betrokkenheid op de werkvloer en bewaakt een warme, professionele zorgcultuur.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling;
  • opstellen van de personeelsplanning en aansturen van het zorgteam;
  • coördineren van bewonersopnames en opvolgen van zorgdossiers;
  • beheren van medicatie en apotheekprocessen;
  • instaan voor interne en externe communicatie;
  • beheren van materiële middelen;
  • mee draaien op de werkvloer om nabijheid met het team en de bewoners te behouden.

Als hoofdverpleegkundige in WZC Frederickxhof draag je bij aan een sterke, kwaliteitsvolle zorgwerking door de dagelijkse organisatie van de afdeling te coördineren en je team aan te sturen. Je maakt de personeelsplanning op, coördineert bewonersopnames en volgt zorgdossiers en zorgplannen op. Je beheert medicatie- en apotheekprocessen, bewaakt kwaliteitsafspraken en zorgt voor vlotte interne en externe communicatie. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor structuur, continuïteit en een warme zorgcultuur, terwijl je zelf ook betrokken blijft op de werkvloer. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten leidinggevend, nauwkeurig en klantgericht binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je teams motiveert, processen bewaakt en steeds werkt vanuit het welzijn van bewoners en familie.

Verder vragen wij

  • beschikken over een HBO/Bachelor (geriatrische) verpleegkunde of een master verpleegkunde en vroedkunde, met een geldig visum;
  • werkervaring (> 2 jaar);
  • kennis hebben van infectiepreventie en kwaliteitszorg en procedures correct toepassen;
  • beschikken over een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
