Als hoofdverpleegkundige bij Vlashof neem je een centrale rol op binnen de dagelijkse zorgwerking. Je coacht en ondersteunt medewerkers, bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners kunnen rekenen op professionele, persoonsgerichte begeleiding. Dankzij jouw leiderschap en betrokkenheid creëer je een omgeving waarin bewoners zich thuis voelen en medewerkers het beste van zichzelf kunnen geven.

Bij Vlashof werk je in een ruime woonzorgcampus in een groene omgeving, vlak bij de dorpskern van Stekene. Onze campus biedt plaats aan 110 bewoners en staat bekend om haar open karakter, warme sfeer en sterke betrokkenheid van families en mantelzorgers. We combineren professionele zorg met oprechte nabijheid en investeren voortdurend in de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers. Als leidinggevende krijg je de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een lerende organisatie waar kwaliteit, respect en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van verpleegkundigen en zorgkundigen; Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse zorgverlening; Opvolgen en evalueren van zorgplannen en bewonersdossiers; Bewaken van kwaliteitsnormen, procedures en zorgprocessen; Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, families, artsen en andere disciplines; Mee vormgeven aan een warme, professionele en respectvolle zorgcultuur; Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging en rapportering.

Je bent een verpleegkundige met leidinggevende capaciteiten en een hart voor ouderenzorg. Je weet medewerkers te inspireren en te begeleiden, zonder daarbij de kwaliteit van zorg uit het oog te verliezen. Dankzij jouw communicatievaardigheden, verantwoordelijkheidszin en organisatietalent creëer je een positieve werkomgeving waarin bewoners en medewerkers centraal staan.

Verder vragen wij:

Een diploma Bachelor Verpleegkunde of HBO5 Verpleegkunde met geldig visum; Ervaring als verpleegkundige; leidinggevende ervaring is een sterke troef; Ervaring met zorgplanning en multidisciplinaire samenwerking; Een goede kennis van het Nederlands; Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden; Een kwaliteitsgerichte en oplossingsgerichte mindset; Het vermogen om teams te coachen en te motiveren.
