The posting

Denys maakt deel uit van het consortium Ithaka, die het justitieel complex Vlissingen zal bouwen. Dit bevestigt opnieuw de sterkte van Denys in grootschalige en complexe bouwprojecten.

Als werfleider ruwbouw zal je deel uitmaken van een groot operationeel team om dit project mee in goede banen te leiden.

• Je hebt als hoofdwerfleider de operationele leiding van een deel van de werf en het personeel.

• Je zal de minder ervaren werfleiders mee op sleeptouw nemen en jouw kennis en ervaring delen met hen.

• Je staat in voor een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werken binnen het vooropgestelde tijdsbestek.

• Uiteraard heb je oog voor planning, praktische oplossingen en de veiligheid op de werf.

• Je neemt actief deel aan te interne algemene team-meetings, planningsoverleg (Lean), kwaliteitsmeetings,... en zal daar een pro-actieve houding aannemen.

• Je weet op een goede manier te communiceren met de projectleider, de onderaannemers en de arbeiders op de werf teneinde de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen.

  • Je hebt een Master of Bachelor in een bouwkundige richting en koppelt dit aan een stevige ervaring (+5 jaar) als werfleider binnen ruwbouw/betonwerken.
  • Ervaring op Nederlandse projecten of met systeemgerichte contractbeheersing (SCB) is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt zeer goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en zal steeds instaan voor het algemeen belang van het grote project waarin je een belangrijke schakel bent.
  • Je bent bereid om in Vlissingen te werken. Indien je op grote afstand woont voorzien we logement in de buurt aangevuld met een aantrekkelijke netto premie per overnachting.
