Dat betekent maar één ding! Een vol terras! Jij hebt er zin in en kan niet wachten om te beginnen met werken. Samen met je collega start je de dag op en zorg je dat alles klaar staat. Je ziet de eerste gasten al aankomen. Je ontvangt ze met een grote glimlach en geeft ze een mooie tafel in de zon. Ze bestellen twee kopjes koffie, met een versgebakken stuk appeltaart om te delen. Geen probleem! Jij regelt het direct met de keuken. Ondertussen komen er weer nieuwe gasten aangelopen, deze ontvang jij met hetzelfde enthousiasme. Je voorziet ze van de menukaart en geeft een suggestie. Jij raakt aan de praat met de gasten en weet ze alles over de stad of omgeving te vertellen. Naast het bedienen van de gasten zorg jij ervoor dat het terras er netjes bij staat. Lege glazen blijven bij jou niet lang staan en jij loopt nooit met lege handen.
