Bij Albron zorgen we elke dag voor smaakvol en duurzaam eten en drinken op honderden locaties in heel Nederland. Voor de regio Noord-Holland zoeken wij een zelfstandige Horeca Regiobeheerder die met plezier de touwtjes in handen neemt op meerdere bedrijfsrestaurants in de regio, waaronder onze locatie bij het HVC in Alkmaar. In deze afwisselende rol ben jij hét gezicht van Albron op verschillende locaties. De ene dag sta je in de keuken om een heerlijke lunch te bereiden, de andere dag verzorg je een vergadering of borrel tot in de puntjes. Je bestelt producten, stelt menu’s samen en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Dankzij jouw gastvrijheid en oog voor detail voelt elke gast zich welkom — waar je ook werkt. Wat ga je doen? Bereiden van verse lunchgerechten en verzorgen van borrels en vergaderingen Zelfstandig plaatsen van bestellingen en samenstellen van menu’s Zorgen dat de locatie altijd schoon, netjes en gastvrij is Flexibel inspelen op de dynamiek van de dag en eventuele locatiewisselingen Meedenken met de klant over het verbeteren van het aanbod en de gastbeleving Wat neem je mee? Passie voor eten, drinken en gastvrijheid Ervaring met het zelfstandig draaien van een horecalocatie Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel Flexibiliteit om op meerdere locaties in de regio te werken Eigen vervoer is noodzakelijk vanwege de bereikbaarheid van de locaties Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een bruto uurloon van €15,87 t/m €16,87 (Afhankelijk van je ervaring) en 5% regiotoeslag als je op meerdere Albron-locaties in jouw regio werkt Wisselende werktijden tussen 07:00 - 15:30 (maandag t/m vrijdag) Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf de eerste kilometer, en toeslag voor werken op feestdagen 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime werkweek (38 uur), 8% vakantiegeld en natuurlijk bouw je pensioen op!
