Wil jij een horecarol waarin geen dag hetzelfde is én waarin je de kans krijgt om door te groeien? Bij Albert Heijn HSC Utrecht werk je op een bruisende locatie met het tempo van een ontbijtzaak en het ritme van een lunchroom. Ontbijtrondes vloeien naadloos over in lunchpieken, waardoor je volop afwisseling en uitdaging hebt. Wij zoeken een Horeca Talent met Ambitie: een horecamedewerker of startende leidinggevende die klaar is voor de volgende stap. Je werkt actief mee op de vloer en ontwikkelt je stap voor stap richting een rol als Assistent Hospitality Manager. Het contact met de opdrachtgever is direct en open, wat je werk leuker én makkelijker maakt. Wat ga je doen? Actief meewerken op de vloer en feeling krijgen met alle dagelijkse horecataken. Samen met de Hospitality Manager leren hoe je een team coacht en motiveert. Meekijken en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid nemen in planning, administratie en inkoop. Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor gasten en opdrachtgever en hun wensen vertalen naar topservice. Creatief meedenken bij banqueting-opdrachten, van zakelijke lunches tot feestelijke borrels. Je leiderschapskwaliteiten ontwikkelen door overzicht te houden en knopen door te hakken tijdens piekmomenten. Jij bent iemand die: Sociaal en daadkrachtig is, met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Nieuwsgierig is en de ambitie heeft om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende rol. Affiniteit heeft met horeca, catering of hospitality. Goed kan plannen, organiseren en communiceren. Ervaring heeft in horeca of een servicegerichte rol (leidinggevende ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must). In het bezit is van eigen vervoer. 💡 Tip: na je sollicitatie mag je altijd een dagje meelopen om te ervaren of deze functie bij je past! Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een salaris van € 3.000,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 38 uur). Een contract van 30 uur per week, verdeeld over 5 dagen. Doordeweekse werktijden tussen 06:00 en 15:00 uur. Incidenteel avonden of weekenden werken met

aantrekkelijke toeslagen: 10% na 18:00 uur 35% op zaterdag 70% op zondag 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld (bij fulltime dienstverband). Reiskostenvergoeding en een goede pensioenregeling.
