Als Horecabeheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van de locatie bij de gemeente Middelburg. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt: van een gastvrije en professionele omgeving tot een goed georganiseerde en verzorgde locatie aan het einde van de dag. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, medewerkers en leveranciers en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Met jouw overzicht en hands-on mentaliteit zorg je voor een prettige, veilige en goed functionerende werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de locatie Zorgen voor een gastvrije ontvangst en een representatieve omgeving Aansturen en begeleiden van collega’s en/of leveranciers Bewaken van kwaliteit, netheid en veiligheid Signaleren en oplossen van facilitaire vraagstukken Organiseren en ondersteunen van bijeenkomsten en vergaderservices Uitvoeren van lichte administratieve werkzaamheden Onderhouden van contact met de gemeente en andere stakeholders Wat neem je mee? Affiniteit met dienstverlening en gastvrijheid Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen de horeca of hospitality Aantoonbare ervaring met banqueting en het organiseren en coördineren van evenementen Ervaring in een facilitaire of coördinerende rol is een pré Organisatorisch sterk en goed in het behouden van overzicht Goede communicatieve vaardigheden Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail In het bezit van een VOG of bereid deze aan te vragen Arbeidsvoorwaarden Bruto maandsalaris vanaf € 2.665,64 (o.b.v 38 uur per week), afhankelijk van werkervaring. Contract van 30 uur per week, verdeeld over 5 werkdagen (maandag t/m vrijdag). Werktijden tijdens kantoortijden (goede werk-privébalans). Reiskostenvergoeding en toeslagen indien van toepassing. 25 vakantiedagen (op basis van 38 uur) en 8% vakantiegeld. Volop opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
