Als Horeca Regiobeheerder in de regio Den Haag verzorg jij het eten en drinken op verschillende locaties. De locaties zijn een mix van bedrijfsrestaurants en horecalocaties. Op kleine locaties werk je zelfstandig; op grotere locaties werk je samen met één of meerdere Albron-collega’s. Samen zorg je ervoor dat alle gerechten op tijd bereid zijn en klaarstaan voor de gasten. Daarna laat je de locatie netjes achter voor de volgende dag. Gastvrijheid staat altijd centraal! Doordat sommige locaties ook in het weekend en ’s avonds geopend zijn, werk je doordeweeks en incidenteel in het weekend of avonduren. wat ga je doen? Bereiden van de lekkerste gerechten Verrichten van banquetingwerkzaamheden, zoals borrels en vergaderingen Uitvoeren van kassa- en lichte administratieve taken Aansturen van één of meerdere collega’s op grotere locaties Flexibel en zelfstandig inspelen op de dynamiek van de dag Zorgen dat de locatie keurig wordt achtergelaten voor de volgende dag Wat neem je mee? Passie voor eten, drinken en gastvrijheid Ervaring met het zelfstandig draaien van een horecalocatie Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel Flexibiliteit om op meerdere locaties in de regio te werken Eigen vervoer is noodzakelijk vanwege de bereikbaarheid van de locaties Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf € 2.468,35 (op basis van 38 uur per week), afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring. 5% regiotoeslag voor het werken op verschillende locaties. Een contract voor 30 uur per week. Flexibele werktijden en werkdagen. Reiskostenvergoeding. 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en 8% vakantiegeld.
