Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Horecamanager voor een eigentijds restaurant waar gasten genieten van verfijnde gerechten, gastvrijheid en een ontspannen sfeer. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie, stuurt het team aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedere gast een onvergetelijke ervaring beleeft. Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met passie voor horeca? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Als Horecamanager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor: - De totale bedrijfsvoering en dagelijkse operatie van het restaurant; - Het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen, waaronder omzetgroei en het behalen van financiële resultaten; - Het bewaken van de P&L en het sturen op relevante KPI's; - Het waarborgen van een optimale gastbeleving en constante kwaliteitsstandaarden; - Het aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van het team; - De verdere ontwikkeling en groei van het restaurant in samenwerking met het management. Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met: - Een afgeronde opleiding in hospitality, horeca management of een vergelijkbare richting; - Ervaring met eindverantwoordelijkheid binnen de horeca; - Passie voor gastvrijheid en een echte aanpakkersmentaliteit; - Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teams; - Commercieel inzicht en ervaring met het sturen op KPI's, zoals omzet, personeelskosten en de P&L; - Het vermogen om operationele en financiële resultaten met elkaar te verbinden; - Bereidheid om te reizen naar het werk; - Fulltime beschikbaarheid.
