Zuyderland Zorgcentra Horecamedewerker Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe en warme collega horeca bij ons zorgcentrum Lemborgh in Sittard! Ben jij klantgericht, zorg je graag voor een warm en gastvrij ontvangst en houd je onze keuken en het restaurant elke dag spik en span? Heb je daarnaast een relevant (horeca)diploma op mbo-2 niveau? Jouw nieuwe werkplek Onze koks en horecamedewerkers zorgen dagelijks voor een smakelijke warme (middag)maaltijd voor onze bewoners en een gastvrije ervaring voor bezoekers van het restaurant. Als medewerker horeca werk je zowel in de keuken als in het restaurant. Jouw nieuwe baan - Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorgt dat zij zich welkom voelen; - Je beantwoord vragen over eten, drinken en de menukaart. - Je werkt met de kassa en zorgt dat bestellingen en betalingen correct genoteerd en afgehandeld worden; - In de keuken help je bij het voorbereiden van eenvoudige (warme) maaltijden en gerechten van de kleine-kaart. Bij afwezigheid van de kok run jij zelfstandig de keuken; - Bij feestjes of speciale gelegenheden help je met het samenstellen en presenteren van buffetten en hapjes; - Je beheert de voorraad, doet bestellingen en zorgt dat alles goed georganiseerd is; - Je werkt schoon en volgens de hygiënevoorschriften (HACCP). Je maakt na gebruik de keuken, materialen en apparatuur schoon en meldt defecten aan je leidinggevende. Wat neem je mee? - Minimaal een mbo-diploma op niveau 2; - Een gastvrije en klantvriendelijke houding. Ervaring in de horeca is een pré maar geen vereiste. Ook ervaring in een winkel of vergelijkbare klantgerichte functie is welkom; - Kennis van voorraadbeheer en hygiënisch werken (HACCP) is een plus. Ook kun je overweg met een computer. - Je kunt goed omgaan met ouderen en maakt makkelijk contact; - Je bent fysiek fit: staan, lopen en tillen is ...
