The posting

Als horecamedewerker werk je op verschillende locaties van GGzE in Eindhoven. De ene dienst sta je achter de koffiebar, de andere keer help je in het restaurant, op het terras of in de winkel. Die afwisseling maakt iedere werkdag anders. Op deze locatie verblijven mensen die ondersteuning krijgen vanwege hun psychische kwetsbaarheid. Als medewerker draag je bij aan een veilige, prettige en gastvrije omgeving waarin bewoners zich gezien en welkom voelen. Je werkt met verschillende mensen en situaties, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Ervaring met deze doelgroep is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk. Belangrijker is dat je geduldig, betrokken en respectvol bent en goed kunt omgaan met verschillende situaties. Je weet wanneer je een praatje maakt, wanneer je ruimte geeft en wanneer het belangrijk is om even te schakelen met collega’s. Wat ga je doen: Gasten vriendelijk ontvangen en helpen; Koffie, drankjes en eenvoudige gerechten bereiden en serveren; Werken in het restaurant, de koffiebar, op het terras en in de winkel; Zorgen voor een schone en verzorgde werkomgeving; Werken volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen; Samenwerken met collega’s en bijspringen waar dat nodig is. Waar ga je werken: Je werkt op verschillende locaties binnen GGzE, waaronder: Het restaurant op het GGzE-terrein; Het restaurant van de Forensische Kliniek; De kleinschalige woonvorm Huize Ignatius. Omdat de locaties niet altijd goed bereikbaar zijn met het openbaar vervoer, is eigen vervoer handig. Jouw werktijden: Je werkt tussen 08.00 en 20.30 uur, van maandag tot en met zondag. Samen bespreken we welke werkdagen en diensten aansluiten bij jouw beschikbaarheid. Wat neem je mee? Bent gastvrij, enthousiast en servicegericht; Maakt gemakkelijk contact met verschillende mensen; Houdt van afwisseling en kunt snel schakelen; Werkt netjes en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne; Blijft rustig wanneer het druk wordt; Hebt bij voorkeur affiniteit met koken, maar ervaring is niet vereist; Als je bij ons in dien
