In deze rol werk je dagelijks met hoogwaardige uurwerken en zorg je ervoor dat elk horloge dat ons atelier verlaat voldoet aan de hoge standaarden van Seiko. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en draagt bij aan een uitstekende klantbeleving. Wat ga je doen? - Diagnose & reparatie (Je onderzoekt uurwerken, stelt diagnoses en voert reparaties uit volgens Seiko‑richtlijnen). - Onderhouden en/of vervangen van uurwerken (Je reinigt, olieert en assembleert mechanische en quartz‑horloges). - Kwaliteitscontrole (Je test nauwkeurigheid, waterdichtheid en functionaliteit). - Vervangen van onderdelen (Je vervangt onderdelen zoals glas, pakkingen, wijzers, kroon en banden). - Documentatie (Je registreert reparaties en bevindingen in onze systemen) - Veilig en netjes werken (Je werkt volgens veiligheidsrichtlijnen en houdt je werkplek schoon en georganiseerd). - Communicatie (Je schakelt met Service administratie en collega‑horlogemakers). Concrete taken - Uurwerkrevisies en/of vervangen van mechanische en quartz‑modellen. - Afregelen van uurwerken op nauwkeurigheid. - Waterdichtheidstesten uitvoeren en beoordelen. - Gebruik van specialistisch gereedschap zoals afregelmachine, multimeter, ultrasoonreinigers en persgereedschap. - Onderhoud van het atelier en zorgdragen voor een nette, veilige werkomgeving.
