Die Stadtgemeinde Fischamend sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Hortleiter_in Anforderungsprofil:

* Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung (Reife- und/oder Diplomprüfung für Elementarpädagogik oder vergleichbare vorgeschriebene Ausbildung)

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist zwingend erforderlich

* verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Kindern

* Führungs- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz

* Kontaktfreudigkeit, Teamorientierung und Organisationsgeschick

* Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fortbildungen

* dem öffentlichen Tätigkeitsbereich entsprechende Umgangsformen

* abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst (bei männlichen Bewerbern)

* solide EDV-Kenntnisse

Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Pädagogische, organisatorische und administrative Leitung des Hortes

* Führung, Koordination und fachliche Begleitung des pädagogischen Teams

* Sicherstellung einer qualitätsvollen Bildungs- und Betreuungsarbeit

* Gestaltung einer kindgerechten, wertschätzenden und inklusiven Lern- und Freizeitumgebung

* Planung und Umsetzung pädagogischer Konzepte und Projekte

* Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Erziehungsberechtigten, Schulen und der Gemeinde als Träger

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, pädagogischer Standards und Sicherheitsbestimmungen

* Organisation des täglichen Hortbetriebs sowie Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung

Arbeitszeit:

* 40,0 Stunden pro Woche

* Beginn frühestens 07.00 Uhr - Ende spätestens 17.30 Uhr

Entlohnung:

* Die zu erwartenden Bezüge richten sich nach den Bestimmungen des NÖ Gemeinde-Bedienstetengesetzes 2025 i. d. g. F. und können sich auf Grund von anrechenbarer Berufserfahrung erhöhen. Bruttogehalt mindestens EUR 3.242,40 für 40,0 Wochenstunden.
