Deine Aufgaben

* Du gestaltest die Erziehungs- und Bildungsarbeit in der Gruppe

* Du setzt die pädagogischen Kinderfreunde-Standards am Standort Gutau um

* Du organisiertst kindzentrierte Freizeitangebote

* Du schaffst ein positives Lernklima

* Du förderst alle Kinder individuell

* Du bist für die schriftliche Planung, Dokumentation und Reflexion der Bildungsarbeit verantwortlich

* Du kommunizierst mit Eltern und Bildungspartner

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Elementarpädagogik/Sozialpädagogik (Reifeprüfung, Diplom, Kolleg) oder Lehramtsstudium

* Anerkennung von vergleichbarer Ausbildung ist möglich

* Wissen über Bedürfnisse und Fördermöglichkeiten von Kindern im Volksschulalter

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Flexibilität, Engagement und die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
