Tätigkeit: Kinder & Jugend

Beschäftigung: 32 Std./W.

Verfügbarkeit: ab sofort

Unseren Hort besuchen ausschließlich Kinder und Jugendliche

* mit Beeinträchtigungen

* mit Verhaltensproblemen

* mit Entwicklungsrückständen

* in schwierigen Lebenssituationen

* im Alter von 10 - 16 Jahren (in Ausnahmefällen auch jüngere Kinder)

In familiärer Atmosphäre werden im Hort Menschen begleitet mit dem Ziel deren Stärken und Kompetenzen zu pflegen und fördern.

Von sich aus selbständig tätig zu sein ist der Motor aller Bildungsprozesse. Darum ist es uns ein großes Anliegen in unseren räumlichen und zeitlichen Strukturen viele Anregungen für eigenständiges Handeln zu setzen.

Zeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Wertschätzung, sowie die Möglichkeit eigene Erfahrungen in geschützter, begleiteter Umgebung anzubieten, macht Kinder und Jugendliche stark und ermuntert sie weitere Lerngelegenheiten wahrzunehmen.

DEINE KOMPETENZEN

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hortpädog:in bzw. einschlägige Ausbildungen inklusiver Pädagogik

* Entwicklung adäquater pädagogischer Handlungsmethoden im integrativen Prozess

* Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

* sensibler und liebevoller Umgang mit Kindern

* Reflexion des eigenen Denkens und Handelns

* Entfaltung von Eigeninitiative und kreativem innovativem Handeln
