In der BÜM gem. Betreuungs- GmbH mit Sitz in St. Veit an der Glan und mehr als 300 MitarbeiterInnen werden kärntenweit an über 100 Standorten mehr als 3000 Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 14 Jahren unter dem Motto "Nicht daheim und doch zu Hause" betreut.

Unsere pädagogisch ausgebildeten MitarbeiterInnen unterstützen die Kinder, damit sie auf spielerischem Wege zu ehrlichen, liebevollen, verantwortungsbewussten und kontaktfreudigen Menschen heranwachsen. Die Individualität und die Bedürfnisse eines jeden einzelnen Kindes stehen bei uns im Vordergrund.

Sie bringen mit

ºAbgeschlossene facheinschlägige Ausbildung (Lehramt/BAfEP/Akad. Freizeitpädagogik), alternativpädagogische Ausbildung von Vorteil

ºPositive Haltung im Umgang mit Kindern von 6 - 10 Jahren und KollegInnen

ºKenntnisse der berufsspezifischen Rechtsgrundlagen

ºSprachkenntnisse Deutsch Niveau C 1, alle weiteren Sprachen von Vorteil

ºEinfühlungsvermögen, Kreativität und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern

ºVerantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit den Interessen von Kindern und Eltern

ºFlexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit

ºBereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

ºErste- Hilfe- Kurs

ºImpfbereitschaft zum Selbstschutz gemäß der Mutterschutzbestimmungen, Schutz der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sowie der betreuenden Kinder gemäß Empfehlung des Obersten Sanitätsrates

ºVorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbetreuung Pädagogischer Arbeit inkl. Dokumentation

ºBegleitung und Förderung der Kinder im Bereich Freizeitgestaltung, Bewegung und Spiel

ºUnterstützung bei schulischen Fragestellungen und (Haus)aufgaben

ºVor-, Nachbereitung und Assistenz beim Mittagessen

ºMitwirkung an Teambesprechungen
