Als Hospitality Agent Front Office (m/w/d) bei The Cloud One Hotels sind Sie der erste persönliche Kontakt zu unseren Gästen und machen mit Ihrem Auftreten den Unterschied: sei es bei der Begrüßung am Empfang oder telefonisch in der Rezeption. Mit The Cloud One Hotels möchten wir einen Ort schaffen, wo sich alle wohlfühlen und willkommen sind - als Gäste und auch als Mitarbeitende! Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

- Betreuung unserer Gäste von der Begrüßung beim Check-In und bis zum Check-Out - Begeisterung unserer Gäste durch Tipps für die Stadt und Umgebung - Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen via Telefon und Mail (inkl. Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen und Prüfung von Überbuchungen und Optionen) - Rechnungslegung (inkl. Verwaltung der Kostenübernahmen sowie Kassenführung und Abrechnung) - Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Front- als auch Back-Office-Bereich - Abteilungsübergreifende Einblicke in neue Tätigkeitsbereiche durch die Zusammenarbeit in unserem multikulturellen Team
