Voor de American Express Centurion Lounge op Schiphol zijn wij op zoek naar een Hospitality Manager. De Centurion Lounge is een exclusieve lounge voor reizigers van over de hele wereld. Hier draait alles om persoonlijke service, comfort en oog voor detail. De sfeer en service zijn vergelijkbaar met die van een luxe hotel: gasten verwachten niet alleen een mooie omgeving en goed eten en drinken, maar vooral een ervaring waarin ze zich gezien en welkom voelen. Jij bent de manager op de vloer Als Hospitality Manager ben je voornamelijk operationeel aanwezig in de lounge. Dit is geen functie waarbij je de hele dag achter je laptop zit. Jij bent zichtbaar voor je team én voor onze gasten. Je houdt overzicht over de operatie, stuurt het team aan en zorgt ervoor dat de service soepel verloopt. Je ziet wat er gebeurt voordat een gast het hoeft te vragen en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen, bijspringen of juist ruimte moet geven aan je team. Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel tussen het team, de gasten en het management. Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft dagelijks operationeel leiding aan het hospitalityteam in de lounge; - Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer en coacht medewerkers tijdens de service; - Je zorgt ervoor dat onze hoge standaard van gastvrijheid iedere dag wordt waargemaakt; - Je ontvangt gasten, maakt persoonlijk contact en zorgt dat zij zich direct welkom voelen; - Je hebt oog voor detail: van de uitstraling van de lounge tot de presentatie van eten en drinken en de manier waarop gasten worden benaderd; - Je signaleert knelpunten in de operatie en lost deze direct of samen met he...
