Samen met een hecht team van collega's ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf. Je zorgt dat elke bezoeker en chauffeur zich direct welkom voelt en veilig het terrein op gaat. Met diensten van 06:45 tot 13:45 of 06:45 15:45 werk je in een prettig ritme. Je bouwt aan waardevolle relaties met leveranciers, gasten en interne afdelingen. Wat worden jouw taken? - Je ontvangt en verwelkomt bezoekers; - Je legt de veiligheidsvoorschriften duidelijk uit aan gasten; - Je deelt de juiste toegangspassen uit; - Je verwerkt meldingen in het facilitaire systeem; - Je controleert ID-bewijzen en VCA-papieren nauwkeurig; - Je stemt dagelijkse zaken af met je directe receptiecollega's; - Je zorgt voor een nette en opgeruimde ontvangstruimte. Jij bent een geboren gastheer of gastvrouw met een representatieve uitstraling en een echte hands-on mentaliteit. Je blijft rustig onder druk en zoekt altijd naar een oplossing. Je spreekt makkelijk Nederlands, Duits en Engels , waardoor je ook internationale chauffeurs vlot te woord staat. Je woont in de regio Veghel en zoekt een stabiele parttime baan voor 20 uur per week .
