Werken bij Gashouder Dit najaar gaan we van start. Met concerten van o.a. The Opposites, Antoon en Sienna Spiro, clubnachten met o.a. Job Jobse en Armin van Buuren, kunst, cultuur en toonaangevende events wordt Gashouder een plek waar duizenden mensen samenkomen voor bijzondere ervaringen. En die ervaring wordt niet alleen gemaakt door wat er op het podium gebeurt. Juist de mensen eromheen maken het verschil. Daarom bouwen we aan een vaste crew van enthousiaste mensen die regelmatig in de avonden, nachten en weekenden wil werken. Geen losse shift hier en daar, maar een team waar je echt onderdeel van wordt. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat iedere avond in Gashouder klopt. Bar crew Jij bent het gezicht van de bar. Je schenkt drankjes, helpt gasten snel en vriendelijk, houdt de bar strak en werkt samen met je collega's om ook tijdens piekmomenten de sfeer goed te houden. Jij bent: - Gastvrij en energiek - Stressbestendig als het druk wordt - Beschikbaar in avonden en weekenden Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. We leren je de rest! Barhoofd Als barhoofd ben jij de spil van jouw bar. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, van briefing tot afsluiting. Je coacht en motiveert collega's én werkt zelf mee op de vloer. Je brengt mee: - Ervaring in horeca of evenementen - Natuurlijk leiderschap - Overzicht en rust, juist ook wanneer het echt druk wordt - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en eigenaarschap Hospitality medewerker Jij zorgt voor een ontvangst die blijft hangen. Van VIP-ontvangsten en business events, tot diners en culturele bijeenkomsten: jij begeleidt gasten met aandacht en professionaliteit.
