  • In jouw rol geef je leiding aan verschillende Housekeeping-teams, verspreid over verschillende hotels in de Oost-Vlaanderen;
  • Je geeft hen de juiste sturing waar nodig. Je coacht en streeft naar groei en ontwikkeling van elk teamlid;
  • Je bent pas gelukkig wanneer al jouw medewerkers optimaal functioneren en op elkaar zijn afgestemd;
  • Je organiseert, coördineert en controleert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten;
  • Klanttevredenheid staat centraal en een fijne, transparante communicatie is essentieel in jouw functie;
  • Verder ontferm je je over allerhande administratie, planningen en voorbereiding van de verloning;
  • Je bewaakt het beoogde rendement en stuurt tijdig aan waar nodig;
