We zijn op zoek naar een Assistent Vestigingsmanager die energie krijgt van verantwoordelijkheid, teamwork en een goed draaiende zaak. Samen met de Vestigingsmanager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor het vullen van de goudbruine muur en het bakken van alle verrukkelijke frietjes die iedere dag verser dan vers worden gemaakt. Je werkt mee op de vloer met gezellige collega's, helpt de leukste gasten, en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, snelheid en service altijd op orde blijven. Jij bent het middelpunt van het team en weet precies wat er speelt. Tijdens drukke momenten weet jij de controle behouden en stuur jij de rest van het team aan, zodat iedereen weet wat ze moeten doen. Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Vestigingsmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - Het zorgen dat alles in de winkel soepel verloopt en behoudt het overzicht - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, hygiëne en service - Het overbrengen van een positieve en gastvrije energie - Het openen en sluiten van de vestiging - Het inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's - Het oplossen van dagelijkse uitdagingen op de werkvloer en denkt mee aan verbeteringen Wat maakt jou succesvol in deze rol?
