Hier bereid je samen met een ambitieus keukenteam de mooiste gerechten met pure, lokale ingrediënten voor lunch, diner, bruiloften en evenementen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo bijzonder. Wat ga je doen? Als Sous Chef ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - Het ondersteunen van de Chefkok bij de dagelijkse aansturing van de keukenbrigade. - Het overnemen van de leiding bij afwezigheid van de Chefkok. - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit van gerechten, hygiëne en HACCP-richtlijnen. - Het verzorgen van een efficiënte mise-en-place en een soepel verloop van de service. - Het beheren van de voorraad, plaatsen van bestellingen en bewaken van de kosten. - Het begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van collega's binnen het keukenteam. - Het meedenken over seizoensmenu's en nieuwe foodconcepten. Wat maakt jou succesvol in deze rol?
