As the Hospitality Team Coordinator, you are both the face of the organization and the point of contact within the Hospitality team. You combine working on the floor yourself with coordinating and supervising colleagues. Your Day as a Hospitality Team Coordinator As a Hospitality Team Coordinator, you're the point of contact for guests, visitors, and the Boston Consulting Group Hospitality team. You welcome every guest in a warm and personal way and ensure that their visit runs smoothly and is well taken care of from the very first interaction. You register and assist visitors, answer questions, and are constantly on the lookout for ways to elevate the guest experience.
