Voor GGD Zuid-Limburg zoeken we een Host / Administratief Medewerker die bezoekers gastvrij ontvangt en ondersteunt tijdens de najaarscampagne 2026. Je combineert contact met bezoekers met administratieve werkzaamheden en werkt samen met een betrokken team. Je kunt snel aan de slag op verschillende vaccinatielocaties in de regio! Wat ga je doen? Als Host / Administratief Medewerker bij GGD Zuid-Limburg zorg je ervoor dat bezoekers op de vaccinatielocaties in Heerlen, Geleen, Wijlre en Maastricht goed worden ontvangen en het vaccinatieproces soepel verloopt. Je bent een van de eerste aanspreekpunten, beantwoordt vragen en ondersteunt bij de administratieve afhandeling. Met jouw gastvrije houding en nauwkeurige werkwijze draag je bij aan een prettige ervaring voor bezoekers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontvangen: je verwelkomt bezoekers op een vriendelijke en professionele manier. - Administratie: je controleert persoonsgegevens en verwerkt deze zorgvuldig in de daarvoor bestemde systemen. - Controleren en signaleren: je bekijkt ingevulde gezondheidsvragenlijsten en signaleert eventuele bijzonderheden. - Informeren: je beantwoordt praktische vragen en legt uit hoe het vaccinatieproces verloopt. - Ondersteunen: je houdt de doorstroom van bezoekers in de gaten en stemt af met verpleegkundigen, artsen en andere collega's.Je werkt op verschillende locaties in Heerlen, Geleen, Wijlre en Maastricht.
