Vanaf het moment dat gasten aan boord stappen tot het moment dat zij weer van boord gaan, zorg jij voor persoonlijke aandacht, goede service en een ontspannen sfeer. Je werkt nauw samen met de schipper en je collega's aan boord en houdt continu oog voor wat onze gasten nodig hebben. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - gasten persoonlijk en gastvrij ontvangen; - begeleiden bij het aan boord gaan; - serveren van eten en drinken tijdens de cruise; - zorgen voor een verzorgde en ontspannen sfeer aan boord; - vragen van gasten beantwoorden en actief inspelen op hun wensen; - samenwerken met de schipper en andere collega's; - zorgen dat de Citytender gedurende de hele vaart representatief en verzorgd blijft. Geen cruise is hetzelfde. Juist daarom zoeken we iemand die makkelijk schakelt, oog heeft voor detail en ook tijdens drukke momenten persoonlijke service blijft bieden. Wanneer werk je? De Loetje Cruises varen ieder weekend. Tijdens het Amsterdam Light Festival breiden we het aantal vaarten flink uit. We zoeken daarom collega's die voornamelijk beschikbaar zijn op: - vrijdagavond; - zaterdag vanaf de middag tot in de avond; - zondagavond; - aanvullende dagen tijdens het Amsterdam Light Festival en de kerstvakantie. Tijdens drukke periodes varen we meerdere cruises achter elkaar. Ben je ruim beschikbaar, dan zijn er in deze periode volop mogelijkheden om meer uren te werken.
