Best Western Hotel Den Haag is een bijzonder driesterren hotel in de ambassade buurt van Den Haag. Wij hebben net onze grote verbouwing achter de rug en zijn gegroeid van 20 naar 45 kamers. Nu zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Host die met plezier ons team komt versterken! Functieomschrijving Host Als Host ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en speel je een belangrijke rol in hun positieve ervaring bij ons hotel. Jij bent het gezicht van de locatie, je verwelkomt gasten met een glimlach, helpt waar nodig bij de receptie en springt bij tijdens het ontbijt of in de F&B. Zo draag je elke dag bij aan een soepel verloop van de operatie en tevreden gasten. Wat je gaat doen • Je verwelkomt onze gasten hartelijk bij aankomst en vertrek, en biedt hulp tijdens hun verblijf • Je helpt bij het zelf check-in/-out proces wanneer dat nodig is • Je herkent terugkerende gasten, maakt een praatje en zorgt voor een persoonlijke sfeer • Je verkoopt op een natuurlijke manier extra's, zoals ontbijt of lobby shop items • Je bent pro-actief, je stapt op gasten af helpt actief mee waar nodig • Je geeft informatie over het hotel, de omgeving en lokale bezienswaardigheden • Je werkt samen met housekeeping en andere afdelingen om alles soepel te laten verlopen • Tijdens het ontbijt verwelkom je gasten, check je ze af van de lijst en regel je betalingen of extra verkoop • Het opzetten van het ontbijtbuffet, aanvullen en opruimen van de ruimte • Je houdt tafels en de ontbijtzaal netjes en schoon • Je springt bij in de afwas en zorgt dat alles er verzorgd uitziet • Je handelt feedback en klachten vriendelijk en professioneel af, zodat de gast tevreden vertrekt • Je volgt de bedrijfsrichtlijnen, veiligheidsregels en kwaliteitsstandaarden Wie jij bent ...
