Hier draait alles om beleving: goed eten, mooie wijnen, lekkere muziek en een hartelijk welkom. En dat welkom begint bij jou. Beschrijving First things first: Voor deze bijzondere locatie zoeken we een host(ess) met flair. Jij bent het eerste gezicht dat gasten zien als ze binnenkomen én het laatste als ze met een glimlach vertrekken. Met jouw gastvrijheid, overzicht en charme zorg je ervoor dat iedere gast zich gezien en welkom voelt. Wat ga je doen? - Gasten warm, professioneel en oprechte wijze ontvangen. First impression is key ; - Begeleiden naar hun tafel en zorgen dat ze zich direct thuis voelen; - Reserveringen beheren en de tafelverdeling soepel laten verlopen; - Contact onderhouden met het team op de vloer en in de keuken; - Je steekt de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig zoals tafels rechtzetten, netjes houden; - De uitstraling van het restaurant bewaken, details maken het verschil; - Altijd zichtbaar, vriendelijk en in verbinding met de gast. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je bent representatief, gastvrij en hebt een natuurlijk gevoel voor service; - Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor orde, netheid en sfeer bij binnenkomst; - Je bent proactief en helpt mee op de vloer wanneer nodig; - Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, ook per mail en telefoon; - Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal goed; - Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht, ook tijdens piekmomenten; - Je bent beschikbaar op vrijdag en/of zaterdag.
