Het hostel is volledig gerenoveerd en omgetoverd tot een hip en kleurrijk geheel mét beach vibes, kortom een heerlijke werkplek op een duin, aan het Wad. Van gezinnen tot scholen, iedereen komt graag bij ons logeren. Wij zoeken een Hostelmanager om deze prachtige locatie te managen. Ben jij een people manager en wil je aan de slag met een enthousiast team? Hou jij ervan om op de vloer te staan met het team? Dan zijn wij voor de functie van Hostelmanager op zoek naar jou! Jij gaat… • samen met het team draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de exploitatie, ben je daadkrachtig en vind je het vanzelfsprekend om operationeel bij te springen waar nodig • er alles aan doen om de kenmerkende en dynamische hostelsfeer in stand te houden, je bent een gastheer/-vrouw in hart en nieren en vindt het belangrijk dat gasten en teamleden zich snel thuis voelen • je bezighouden met financiën, revenu management en HR waarbij je wordt ondersteund door ons hoofdkantoor • de drijvende kracht achter het hostel zijn en je bent daarbij verantwoordelijk voor in totaal 35 kamers en 152 bedden, de bar, het restaurant en de vergaderzaal Jij hebt… • een hart voor hospitality en bent commercieel gedreven • een relevante opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau afgerond en meerdere jaren aantoonbare, leidinggevende ervaring in hospitality management, bij voorkeur in een ho(s)telomgeving • het in je om als enthousiaste leider een team te bouwen en hen betrokken te houden en te coachen in het blijven creëren van gedenkwaardige gastenervaringen • het talent om te organiseren, improviseren en tegelijkertijd het hoofd koel te houden • net zoals wij oog voor duurzaam ondernemen en neemt dit dan ook mee in het dagelijkse beleid • bruisende ideeën en gaat de uitdaging aan om de doelen voor jouw hostel te behalen,
