Achter die rust zit een strak georganiseerde operatie. Automated hospitality neemt het routinewerk over, zodat ons team tijd houdt voor persoonlijke, hoogwaardige service. Als Hotel Manager op Börkerheide ben jij de spil die dit laat draaien.Jouw rolAls Hotel Manager draag jij de volledige operationele eindverantwoordelijkheid voor Bodhine Börkerheide. Je stuurt het lokale team van hosts aan, regisseert de externe key-partners en bewaakt de kwaliteit die gasten van Bodhine verwachten. Je bent een leider die het team inspireert en in beweging brengt, maar houdt tegelijkertijd een strakke sturing op processen, KPI's, kosten, veiligheid en wet- en regelgeving. W Wat ga je doen? Leading the wolfpack • Je leidt ons wolfpack van hosts. Je maakt slimme roosters en zorgt voor een sfeer waar mensen elke dag graag binnenstappen. • Van eerste kennismaking tot beoordelingsgesprek: jij werft, onboardt, traint en begeleidt nieuwe team members op locatie. • Je brengt onze Human Approach naar de vloer en houdt A-players aan boord. Smooth days on site • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze F&B-partner, housekeeping, hoveniers en andere leveranciers. Jij geeft richting, zij leveren. • Bestellingen, voorraad, master keys en alles wat er op het terrein speelt: jij hebt het op orde. • Je bewaakt de Bodhine standaard, leest elke review en ziet steeds weer wat beter kan. • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op het hele terrein.
