Ontdekkers, uitvinders, filosofen, artsen en kunstenaars - elk van onze 13 onderscheidende kamers staat symbool voor een grootheid uit de Nederlandse 17e eeuw. Met ons luxe interieur en toplocatie is Hotel The Noblemen het ultieme luxe boutiquehotel van vandaag , met een ziel die wordt gevoed door de geschiedenis van gisteren . Wij zijn op zoek naar een Hotel Operations Stagiair om ons jonge en dynamische team te versterken. Deze stage biedt een praktijkgerichte kans om alle aspecten van hoteloperaties te leren, van de receptie en gastrelaties tot housekeeping en back-of-house processen. JOUW ROL Als onze Hotel Operations Stagiair doe je praktische ervaring op in alle afdelingen van het hotel. Je werkt nauw samen met de General Manager, Assistant General Manager en teamleden om een soepele en uitzonderlijke gastbeleving te garanderen. Deze stage is een unieke kans om vaardigheden te ontwikkelen in hospitality, operationeel management en service-excellentie. TAKENPAKKET • Front Office o Uitvoeren van check-in en check-out met het MEWS PMS-systeem o Concierge: aanbevelen van restaurants/activiteiten voor gasten en helpen bij het plannen van hun dag o Gastrelaties: in-room voorbereidingen en gepersonaliseerde geschenken voor speciale gelegenheden o Behandelen van gastverzoeken, vragen en klachten • F&B o Voorbereiden en serveren van ontbijt voor roomservice-ontbijtbeleving o Reageren op en serveren van drank-/snackbestellingen op de kamer • Spa o Reserveringen maken voor onze spa faciliteit o Voorbereiden van de spa voor onze gasten • Housekeeping o Co...
